Yes, there will be upfront payment for software license, graphic/photos/video/audio license, and 40% of the overall project fee will be collected as deposit.
First, upfront payment will be charged before stating the project. After the project is complete and meets your requirement, the rest of the payment will collect.
1. Refund process cannot be make after the final project is submitted to client. 2. During the development, if we can't meets your requirement, we will provide full refund.
Yes, you will get full refund except necessary license.
