Odeysoft Technology (202203217573 / IP0575648-T) operates odeysoft.com and provides software products, digital templates, development services, support, and related communications. In this policy, “Odeysoft”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Odeysoft Technology.
This policy applies when you browse our website, create an account, buy or download a product, request a quotation, contact us, apply for a role, subscribe to updates, or otherwise use an Odeysoft service. A product, contract, or third-party service may provide an additional notice for a specific activity.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide, information created through your use of the service, and limited technical information needed to operate and secure the website.
- Identity and contact details, such as your name, email address, telephone number, business name, address, and account profile details.
- Project and communication details, including enquiry messages, quotation requirements, design preferences, budget, timeline, job-application information, and support correspondence.
- Transaction and entitlement details, including cart contents, orders, invoice records, coupon use, download entitlement and usage, loyalty activity, payment status, and identifiers returned by our payment provider. Odeysoft does not receive or store your full payment-card number.
- Account and security data, such as a password hash, sign-in method, session information, IP address, browser/device information, and records used to detect misuse or protect the service.
- Preferences and consent records, including language, theme, newsletter choice, and other choices you make.
Where information comes from
Most information comes directly from you through forms, account actions, purchases, and correspondence. We may also receive transaction confirmation from Stripe, sign-in information you choose to share through Google, technical signals from reCAPTCHA, and information from a person or organisation acting for you.
When you follow a link to an external store, social network, or third-party website, that provider collects information under its own privacy policy.
